Delete User Account

  • Go to mobile app or web application and login
  • After login, click on the menu 'profile' at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the profile page.
  • You can delete your account by clicking on the 'Delete Account' button on profile page. Here are steps to delete your account:
    • Click on the 'Delete Account' button.
    • Enter optional feedback.
    • Click on the 'Delete Account' button.
    • Your account including email, first name, last name, and all data will be deleted from our system within 90 days.
